The
Postgraduate course has been designed to provide mature
students with a broad understanding of working life
and practices within the hospitality industry. To achieve
this goal the course has a dual perspective: the focus
on the daily operations within the departments of a
hotel and the decision-making processes that lead to
effective departmental and hotel management.
Course details
This course is the equivalent of 3 A levels. It is designed
not only to equip you with business skills such as marketing,
human resource management and finance, but also vocational
skills such as conference and banqueting operations,
European cuisine and themed event planning. Learning
activities include project work, group work, work-based
learning, lectures, seminars, company visits and guest
speakers.
