The Management of Futures College is proud to announce the inclusion of a new initiative amongst our range of courses - The Certificate in Enterprise Development. The course has been designed to meet a perceived need amongst prospective or established business owners and entrepreneurs. The Certificate in Enterprise Development is an intensive four week program, which provides participants with the opportunity to receive expert tuition in the most important aspects of business and entrepreneurship and gives them the opportunity to reflect on ways in which an already successful operation can be further improved.  

Most importantly, the program gives the opportunity to exchange ideas, experience and knowledge with business owners and entrepreneurs from a variety of countries and cultures. The program is therefore far more than just a series of classes as more than half the time is devoted to visits to different types of local businesses with the opportunity to meet and discuss with senior managers, and also workshops to be attended by local entrepreneurs.

All the seminar sessions are action-oriented and are aimed to give participants a toolkit of techniques that they can apply immediately to the development of their own businesses.

Admission Requirements: Entrepreneurs above 25 years of age with a registered business, or about to start one, and have a reasonable standard of spoken and written English. Formal qualifications are not required.

Schedule: the program will last for four weeks and will be delivered every at least 4 times a year. Group sizes will vary between 20 and 30 participants.

Location: London and Birmingham Campus.

Fees: £2,600. These fees include airport pick up on arrival and delivery to airport on departure, all work trips mentioned in the program and all transport to out of station visits and weekend days on train, boat, underground and bus service, all course tuition and all course materials. The only additional money required is personal spending money.

Accommodation is with high-quality host families, with one or two participants per home. The homes are in close proximity to each other and around 30 minutes from the college.

The accommodation includes private bedroom, breakfast and evening meals, laundry, keys to the house and the comfort that would be extended to a family member.
